What you can do with it
- See exploded diagrams of every assembly, so you can identify a part visually when you do not know what it is called.
- Get genuine Mercury part numbers — the real numbers, not an aftermarket cross-reference.
- Check what else is in the assembly, which is how you catch the gaskets, seals and o-rings that should be replaced at the same time.
- Confirm the right part for your exact engine by searching on your serial number instead of guessing from the model name.
What it will not do
The catalog is lookup-only. There are no prices, no cart and no checkout — it is a reference, not a store. That is where we come in: bring us the part number and we will quote it, confirm it fits and ship it.
How to use it
- Find your serial number first. Mercury revised parts mid-model-year on a lot of engines, so the serial number is the only reliable way to land on the right catalog. Our serial number guide shows where it is on each engine type.
- Pick your engine type — outboard, sterndrive engine, drive or transom assembly — then your model and year.
- Open the section you need, such as powerhead, gearcase or electrical, and the diagram will load.
- Write down the part number next to the item on the diagram, then call us at (951) 299-8024 to order it.
Not sure what you are looking at?
Call us. Reading an exploded diagram takes practice, and a wrong part number means a wrong part on your bench. Tell us your serial number and what the engine is doing, and we will find it for you. You can also browse our Mercury outboards, MerCruiser sterndrive engines or Bravo and Alpha drives if you are weighing a repower instead of a repair.
